Većina drugih detox programa pročišćavaju samo kolon i digestivni trakt. Program Mahariši Ajurvede čini mnogo više od toga, on dubinski čisti, podiže na viši nivo inteligenciju
tela i daje podsticajni impuls svim organima, dajući, spolja – svežinu i blistavost, a iznutra – novu energiju i životni polet.
Program vode Jelena Ram i Željko Vučković, licencirani tehničari u Mahariši AjurVedi.
Prijavite se na vreme zbog ograničenog broja mesta i organizacije tretmana i potrebne pripreme.

regeneraciju

1. 5 abhjangi
2. 3 širodare
3. 2 svedane
4. 5 bastija
Abhjanga
tkivima i oslobađa dubinski psihofizički stres.
Širodara
U ovom postupku, neprekinut mlaz toplog, herbalizovanog susamovog ulja pada preko čela što posebno smiruje Vata došu i Vata poremećaje – nesanicu, nemir i anksioznost. Širodara smiruje um, čini ga stabilnim i duboko opušta centralni nervni sistem. Propratni efekat širodare – „svetlucavost“ tena, ajurveda naziva „ođas“. Veća prisutnost ođasa na površini kože čini nas prirodno privlačnijim, nezavisno od godina i crta lica.
Svedana
Tokom svedane, telo udobno leži i uživa „utopljeno“ u herbalizovana isparenja.
Nasja
Delotvoran i veoma efikasan tretman za sinuse, uključuje masažu lica, glave, gornjeg dela leđa, inhalaciju i tretman biljnim kapima.

Abhjanga uklanja fiziološke nečistoće, podmazuje i poboljšava fleksibilnost mišića i zglobova, podmlađuje i omogućava slobodan tok inteligencije i energije.
Konsultacija traje oko sat vremena i obuhvata trostruku dijagnozu;opažanje (Daršanam), intervju (Prašnam) i palpiranje pulsa (Sparšanam).
Konsultaciju obavlja Ljubomir Kojo, sertifikovani konsultant Mahariši ajurvede i učitelj Transcendentalne meditacije.

Ona danas predstavlja najefikasniji i najsveobuhvatniji sitem aromaterapije u svetu.
Konsultacije obavlja Ljubomir Kojo, sertifikovani konsultant Mahariši ajurvede i Mahariši aromaterapije.
