Priprema za TM-sidhi tečaj, Mahariši A.V.i Panča karma tretmanima od 15-24. oktobra 2021.
u Hotelu Konačište „Pepa“*, Divčibare,

Dobrodošli na letnji Tečaj produbljenih meditacija, Jesenji Skup Svetskog Mira WPA-
Divčibare 2021. „Za lični razvoj-prosvetljenje i Nepobedivost Srbije i Jugoistočne Evrope“ i priprema za TM-sidhi program za nove letače, koji organizujemo
sledeće godine.

Dodatni program ( u prilozima je opširnije):

-Mahariši A.V. i Panča karma tretmanime koji vode licencirani tehničari za Mahariši A.V. tretmane, Jelena Ram, Srđan Bajalica i Željko Vučković (više u prilogu)

– Ajurvedske konsultacije, Ljubomir Kojo, licencirani savetnik za Mahariši Ajurvedu i Mahariši Aromaterapiju

– Tečaj za Maghariši joga asana, vodi licencirani instruktor za Mahariši joga asane Dr. Aleksandra Sanader

– Napredne TM-tehnike će biti 23. i 24.oktobra, daje ih licencirani učitelji za NapredneTM- tehnike (NT) Branko Čičić. Uslov za NT je dva meseca redovne primene osnovne TM-tehnike i minimum dva meseca od predhodne NT ili TM- sidhija. Ovog puta će biti samo 2, 3 i 4 NT. Za prvu treba bar tri dana a Branko s puta stiže 23. Oktobra.

Dobrodošli na devetodnevni Jesenji WPA -Divčibare 2021.

Dobro nam došli na naš Jesenji tečaj produbljenih meditacija.

Na Divčibarama u Hotelu Pepa-Konačište, (www.pepa- divcibare.co.rs/ konaciste), istočni ulaz, vrhunska vegeterijanska hrana, udoban smeštaj i prostor za vežbanje, divni i isceljujući priroda i vazduh, pravi su uslovi za doživljaj raja na zemlji sa višim stanjima svesti.

Tema tečaja: „Maharišijevo civilizacijsko otkriće izvora života“, polja sveukupne energije, zdravlja, snage, ljubavi, mudrosti, sreće… izvora svega dobrog za svakoga, i praktične tehnologije za iskustvo najdublje stvarnosti života.

CILJEVI TEČAJA:

– Najdublji, kvalitetan odmor, koji dotiče najfinije nivoe naše fiziologije i oslobađa godinama nakupljani umor i stres;

– Visokokvalitetna primena TM i TM-sidhi programa za redovne praktikante, iskusne, ali i početnike, kao i za neredovne korisnike TM i TM- sidhi programa;

– Važan doprinos povećanju harmonije i mira u našem regionu i svetu kao usputni efekat.

Nadmorska visina Hotela Pepa-konačište je oko 1000 metara. Divčibare su, zahvaljujući fenomenu ruže vetrova i nadmorskoj visini, još davne 1932.godine proglašene za vazdušnu i klimatsku banju. Istraživanja su pokazala da se organizam 4 puta brže oporavlja u ovakvim uslovima.

Abhjanga

Abhjanga je masaža celog tela toplim, naročito tretiranim susamovim uljem. Japanski naučnik Fukuda je našao da susamovo ulje sadrži antioksidante, čija se snaga uvećava grejanjem – što je redovan deo tradicionalne ajurvedske pripreme ulja za korišćenje. Odabir i redosled pokreta u abhjangi se bitno razlikuju od zapadne masaže. Abjanga stimuliše oslobađanje ame (“otrova”) iz tela, jača cirkulaciju u podkožnim
tkivima i oslobađa dubinski psihofizički stres.

Širodara

U ovom postupku, neprekinut mlaz toplog, herbalizovanog susamovog ulja pada preko čela što posebno smiruje Vata došu i Vata poremećaje – nesanicu, nemir i anksioznost. 2. KONSULTACIJA U MAHARIŠI AROMATERAPIJI

Današnja aromaterapija – iako moderna u svom sadašnjem obliku – definitivno je deo tradicionalne medicine. Možemo slobodno reći da ona predstavlja savremenu verziju biljne medicine u svom najkoncentrisanijem obliku. Aromaterapija posredstvom etarskih ulja koristi moćnu energiju i biohemiju brojnih medicinskih biljaka iz celog sveta.

Ona mogu da podrže zdrav apetit i dobro varenje, zdrav san, pruže nam mentalnu jasnoću, kretivnost i samo-pouzdanje, da probude osećanje blaženstava i sreće… i još mnogo toga.

Konsultacija u Mahariši aromaterapiji traje otprilike jedan sat i zasniva se na proceni telesnog tipa osobe i doša (neravnoteže Vate, Pitte i Kaphe), kao i specifičnih potreba klijenta. Konsultacija uključuje sesiju tretmana koja je oblikovana da promoviše iskustvo blažanstva i donese osećaj celine kroz upotrebu specifičnih etarskih ulja. Tokom konsultacije, osobi se daje program za kućni tretman, što uključuje korišćenje preporučenih etarskih ulja na vrlo specifične načine, u skladu sa individualnim potrebama.
