Priprema za TM-sidhi tečaj, Mahariši A.V.i Panča karma tretmanima od 15-24. oktobra 2021.

Dobrodošli na letnji Tečaj produbljenih meditacija, Jesenji Skup Svetskog Mira WPA-
Divčibare 2021. „Za lični razvoj-prosvetljenje i Nepobedivost Srbije i Jugoistočne Evrope“ i priprema za TM-sidhi program za nove letače, koji organizujemo
sledeće godine.
-Mahariši A.V. i Panča karma tretmanime koji vode licencirani tehničari za Mahariši A.V. tretmane, Jelena Ram, Srđan Bajalica i Željko Vučković (više u prilogu)
– Ajurvedske konsultacije, Ljubomir Kojo, licencirani savetnik za Mahariši Ajurvedu i Mahariši Aromaterapiju
– Tečaj za Maghariši joga asana, vodi licencirani instruktor za Mahariši joga asane Dr. Aleksandra Sanader
– Napredne TM-tehnike će biti 23. i 24.oktobra, daje ih licencirani učitelji za NapredneTM- tehnike (NT) Branko Čičić. Uslov za NT je dva meseca redovne primene osnovne TM-tehnike i minimum dva meseca od predhodne NT ili TM- sidhija. Ovog puta će biti samo 2, 3 i 4 NT. Za prvu treba bar tri dana a Branko s puta stiže 23. Oktobra.

Na Divčibarama u Hotelu Pepa-Konačište, (www.pepa- divcibare.co.rs/ konaciste), istočni ulaz, vrhunska vegeterijanska hrana, udoban smeštaj i prostor za vežbanje, divni i isceljujući priroda i vazduh, pravi su uslovi za doživljaj raja na zemlji sa višim stanjima svesti.

Nadmorska visina Hotela Pepa-konačište je oko 1000 metara. Divčibare su, zahvaljujući fenomenu ruže vetrova i nadmorskoj visini, još davne 1932.godine proglašene za vazdušnu i klimatsku banju. Istraživanja su pokazala da se organizam 4 puta brže oporavlja u ovakvim uslovima.

U poslednjih 50 godina, TM tehnika se uvek pokazal efektivna kod milione ljudi svih načina života, kutura i iskustava.

Prikazuje životni ciklus teze razvoja zasnovanom na Vedskoj psihologiji Mahariši Maheš Jogija. Ova teza predlaže da sistematska transcedencija, koja je postignuta kroz tehniku Transcedentalne meditacije, postiže samo-realizaciju. Statistička meta analiza je prikazana na 42 studije na efektima TM tehnike i drugim oblicima meditacije i opuštanja radi samo-realizacije. Veličina efekta TM-a na sveukupnu samo-realizaciju je bila približno 3 puta veća nego kod drugih oblika meditacije i opuštanja. Analiza faktora 12 merenja inventara lične orijentacije pokazala su 3 nezavisna faktora: Afektivna zrelost, integrativna perspektiva na sebstvo i svet i otporno osećanje sebstva. Na ova 3 faktora, efekat TM-a je bio tri puta veći. Magnituda ovih konzistentnih diferencijalnih efekata implicira da sistematska transcedentacije je ključni faktor. Abhjanga
Abhjanga je masaža celog tela toplim, naročito tretiranim susamovim uljem. Japanski naučnik Fukuda je našao da susamovo ulje sadrži antioksidante, čija se snaga uvećava grejanjem – što je redovan deo tradicionalne ajurvedske pripreme ulja za korišćenje. Odabir i redosled pokreta u abhjangi se bitno razlikuju od zapadne masaže. Abjanga stimuliše oslobađanje ame (“otrova”) iz tela, jača cirkulaciju u podkožnim

Kao dodatak tradicionalnim tretmanima, 10 minuta dnevno praktikovanja TM-a je pokazalo da pomaže nekoj deci sa dijagnostifikovanim autizmom. Takođe može da pomogne deci koja imaju neki oblik socijalnih, komunikoloških i drugih izazova u ponašanju.
Prema američkim centrima za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), jedno od 88 dece ima poremećaj sa spektrom autizma. Neki simptomi mogu da se leče lekovima, ali mnogi roditelji preferiraju terapije bez lekova, kaže Kathleen Angkustsiri, MD, pedijatar za razvojno ponašanje na Univerzitetu u Kaliforniji (University of California, Davis, MIND Institute in Sacramento.)

Da bi praktikovao Transcedentalnu meditaciju, tehniku zasnovanu na drevnoj indijskoj tradiciji, sedi se u udobnoj poziciji sa zatvorenim očima i tiho se ponavlja zvuk mantre koju ste dobili od učitelja. Bob Rot (Bob Roth), izvršni direktor fondacije Dejvid Linča i dugogodišnji TM učitelj tvrdi da: „TM dozvoljava umu i telu da se automatski smire u stanje smirujuće opreznosti“.
TM radi zajedno u kombinaciji sa drugim lekovima i terapijama koji mogu biti prepisani Vašem detetu od strane doktora. Rot tvrdi da Vašem detetu možda nije potrebno toliko lekova, ali TM nije zamena za lekove, a na doktoru deteta je da odredi hoće li smanjiti lekove.
Rot ohrabruje roditelje dece sa autizmom da nauče TM kako bi mogli zajedno da praktikuju tehniku. On smatra da je to divna stvar kao zajednička aktivnost i da 10 minuta ujutru i 10 minuta uveče posle škole i pre večere, treba da rezultiraju da dete bude manje impulsivno, srećnije i više fokusirano.Takođe tvrdi da deca koja praktikuju TM lakše spavaju noću. On sam nekada krene sa 5 minuta praktikovanja, dok detetu ne bude komotnije da je praktikuje.
